A new private investigator is working on the case against Britney Spears' former pal and manager, Sam Lutfi, Life & Style can exclusively report.

Tri-Valley Investigations, based in Newhall, Calif., is trying to get a profile of Sam, who already must stay at least 250 yards from Britney under terms of a restraining order against him. "They want to talk to anyone who has met Sam or knows him," an insider tells Life & Style. "They want anything they can get to make him look shady."

"I am working on the Sam Lutfi case," the founder of Tri-Valley Investigations, Cookie Schwartz, confirmed to Life & Style.

Adnan Ordered To Stay Far Far Away From Britney For A LONG Time!

As we mentioned last month, Britney Spears' team has been trying to extend her current restraining order against her shady former "manager", Osama Lutfi, and her ex butt boy, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.

The judge granted an extention until the next hearing in April

However, there's better news now!

A judge has just ordered Ghalib to stay away from BritBrit for the next three years!

GREAT!!!

Adnan did not show up for today's hearing.

He's probably at home crying away.

Now, if only he'd finally get deported, everything would be much better.

Madonna Will Not Be Joining Britney On Tour

There's been plenty of rumors regarding Britney Spear's current tour and possible "surprise collaborators". Especially after Madonna was spotted at Brit's concert last week in New York.

Is a cameo from her Madgesty in the works??????

Well, some shady stylist spoke to In Touch magazine, claiming to be Britney's stylist, and saying that a collab was in the works for an upcoming show.

However, Brit's camp has now spoken out to put the kibosh on all this Madonna talk!

The Spears camp posted an official statement on her site saying, "Despite rumors otherwise, at the moment Britney has no plans to collaborate with anyone in the near future at any of her upcoming performances."

Yeah, Madonna is too much of a perfectionist to do something she doesn't totally control!

According to E! News, Brit Brit has been secretly dating her longtime talent agent, Jason Trawick.

And, surprisingly enough, Britney's proptective poppa, Jamie Spears, doesn't have a problem with Mr. Agent Dude. A family insider says, "Jason is one of the few people who Jamie Spears trusts."

Trawick is a 37-year-old rep from the William Morris Agency and has been Spears' agent for about five years. He also recently joined Brit for the first four shows of her Circus tour.

Trawick, declined to comment on the relationship, as did Brit's rep.
